KCD will provide English language education at Ekphnom High School, serving Prek Luong, Prek Khpob, and Prek Norin communes in Ekphnom District. KCD will support OVCs enrolling in the classes with both scholarships and school supplies. KCD will also offer scholarships to students for their university education.
